How do I choose the right size?
Use your pet’s length, standing height, and width—not breed or weight alone. Your pet should stand, turn around, and lie down naturally. The current artwork contains conflicting width measurements, so contact us for confirmation if fit is close. The pictured 12 kg weight claim is not a substitute for a comfortable fit.
Can I wash the mat?
The product description lists a removable, machine-washable fleece mat. Follow the care label supplied with your carrier for washing and drying. Wipe the carrier body clean; do not machine-wash the whole carrier unless its care label allows it.
How many entrances are there?
There is one top entrance and two side entrances. Close and secure all openings before lifting or moving the carrier.
Can it be stored between trips?
The soft-sided design can be opened and folded down for storage. Empty the pockets and remove the mat first, following the supplied instructions. Keep the carrier clean and dry between uses.
What comes with it?
The carrier is shown with carry handles, a shoulder strap, and a removable fleece mat. Choose Black or Gray above. The suitcase shown in the carrying guide is for demonstration and is not included.
