What if I want to return my order?
Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!
Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. If your return is because your item was Damaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claim. We also require a photo of the damaged product. I do animal rescue my home is very clean, however with three Afghans and one Great Pyrenees the hair has to be vacuumed daily. I swear it triples itself behind my back. I was not sure if this would even work especially on my rugs. I had just vacuumed the day before as usual, I have severe back problems and lugging a heavy Vac around almost kills me. I cannot tell you what this broom picks up, I can now get under the Fridge, sofa and chairs. It’s light weight the trick I found that works best for
Me is to hold it more at a straight angle, it picks up everything. I clean it off as I go so not to respread the hair. Tighten the handle well it does have a tendency to loosen from movements, rinsed well with water. I would highly recommend this product.
I have dark hardwood floors and a 120 lb. yellow lab who is a nervous shedder. Since my son & daughter-in-law moved in (temporarily) with their 2 dogs, well... you can just imagine. Am I being over the top if I say this broom is a lifesaver? No, I think not. What a time and back saver this is for me! I can quickly and easily sweep up hair in the morning (I have no idea what they are doing all night long), without the flyaways of a regular broom. It keeps the hair together in a nice neat pile that I can suck up with the hand held vacuum cleaner. No dragging out the big vacuum cleaner twice a day, which is no easy feat with a broken wrist that is on the mend. My only wish is that it was a little better getting into the corners, but overall, I would definitely recommend this broom.
This broom cage highly recommended by a friend who has dogs that she’d like crazy, having a basset hound who sheds enough for 3 dogs, we thought we’d give it a try. After receiving this broom, we couldn’t wait to use it. We sweep and mop multiple times a week but no matter what, we can’t manage to get all of the dog hair up, THIS BROOM IS THE ANSWER. We got enough dog hair up to completely cover a second basset hound! We have been impressed! Will always make sure to have at least one of these brooms in our house at all times! If i could give this product 10 stars i would. Best broom we’ve ever owned.
Day 1 with my new rubber broom... we have become best friends. I have two dogs that shed like crazy. Just vacuumed and then used my broom and the amount of hair that was left on my carpet after vacuuming was unreal. I never realized how much I needed this in my life!!
When my husband and I moved into a new home with new hardwood floors, I became convinced that our household needed a new broom, too, one that would allow me to better reach the dust bunnies of hair and lint that accumulated in our last house. My husband researched brooms online for 45 minutes before finding this one. What I like about this broom:1. It has a telescoping handle and can be short enough for both my kid and my 6’4″ husband to use. That handle also makes this broom easy to store.2. It reaches easily under furniture.3. The bristles are rubber, safe for my hardwood floors, and can be vacuumed or washed clean.4. Using this broom seems to be easier and smoother than sweeping with my old broom. I’ve used it as both a push broom and as a “pull broom.”5. The bristles can be used on carpets to remove hair. I don’t have any pets, but my daughter and I lose a lot of hair, and this broom picks all of it up.The broom isn’t perfect. It doesn’t sweep corners easily. The telescoping handle sometimes doesn’t stick as well as I’d like it to, although that’s primarily when I’m working hard to scrub hair out of my carpet.
Overall, though, this broom is a superior product, and its benefits outweigh its drawbacks. A previous reviewer of this product called it the “most exciting broom you’ll ever use.” I totally agree. I sweep every day now, and I’ll guarantee you I didn’t before.
