The product is of good quality. We had a piece that we broke when first setting it up- totally our fault, not the product. I inquired about purchasing a replacement piece and they were quick to reply and send out a replacement free of charge.

A nice water feature for the price!

I find this to be a really nice addition to my "she shack". The pump makes a sound but it is not excessively loud and does not overpower the sound of the water. I am not a big fan of the plastic plants but they can easily be replaced. Set up was easy, even for a non-mechanical person. For someone who just wants the soothing sound of water, without spending a fortune or taking up a lot of space, I highly recommend this!
