Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide but unfortunately, there are some countries which have legislative restrictions which do not allow us to ship there.
What if I want to return my order?
Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!
Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. If your return is because your item was Damaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claim. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item. If you have issue retrieving the claims number then contact us here and we will help you out. If your return is because was the Wrong Order then please contact us and we will send out the correct order to your address. If your return is because you were Unsatisfied with the item then contact us and we will provide an exchange for another item of the same value. If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
It's been more than 60 days since I ordered, can I still return an unwanted item?
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer any exchanges or store credit.

Do you accept refunds?
Yes! If you would like a full refund, please contact support@Winkflo.com and return the purchased item (unused/unopened. Once we have received the item, you will be refunded immediately. (No questions asked!)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If an Item has already been shipped out and you wish to refund due to any reason such as ordering the wrong size item or you simply do not want it anymore, you must return the item to us, then we will be able to refund you fully. These are the only boots my pup has been able to wear comfortably and that haven’t broken or fallen apart
My little one kept trying to take them off but they stayed on very well. Did a good job of protecting her paws.
I got the boots for my service dog Gizmo, along with her snowsuit. They match perfectly colorwise!!! At first, she was a little hesitant wearing them, but now she trots right long while outside. I do not have to worry about the salt on the steps or from the road hurting her feet now whenever we go out somewhere.
I have searched for years to find a pair of dog shoes to protect Elmo's feet from burrs on hikes and to use on muddy rainy days. These boots fit perfectly, and Elmo was able to run at full maniac speed in them without them flying off! I highly recommend these to anyone searching for dog boots. I already purchased a second pair.
Size #2 fit my 6 pound chihuahua perfectly. They worked well at keeping her feet from freezing in the snow. They can slip off occasionally which is inconvenient, but I think that’s more due to user error than the quality of the product. Be careful putting them on/ taking them off if your dog has their dewclaws.
I bought these for my 1 year old Goldendoodle. She's about 50 lbs. My backyard is so full of mud that every time she goes outside to play she comes in with her feet coated in mud. I bought these hoping they would help me in keeping her feet dry and clean. At first she hated them and would run in the opposite direction every time I pulled them out. Now she tolerates them, and lets me put them on pretty easily. She can sometimes kick them off if they're not tight enough, but overall they stay on her feet. It definitely has helped, and my house is much less muddy! Also I can just rinse them off if they get dirty.
