Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide but unfortunately, there are some countries which have legislative restrictions which do not allow us to ship there.
What if I want to return my order?
Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!
Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. If your return is because your item was Damaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claim. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item. If you have issue retrieving the claims number then contact us here and we will help you out. If your return is because was the Wrong Order then please contact us and we will send out the correct order to your address. If your return is because you were Unsatisfied with the item then contact us and we will provide an exchange for another item of the same value. If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
It's been more than 60 days since I ordered, can I still return an unwanted item?
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer any exchanges or store credit.

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If an Item has already been shipped out and you wish to refund due to any reason such as ordering the wrong size item or you simply do not want it anymore, you must return the item to us, then we will be able to refund you fully. We will provide the return address for you in the email. I bought this to keep my German Shepherd cool. His double coat cooks him during the summer, and he gets pretty hot in the winter too, so this has been a huge relief for the big guy and he sleeps on it every day.
It took him a while to realize exactly what it was for, but once he did, he fell in love with it.
I always set it out against a wall, so he can lay on the cool mat and press his back against the cool wall for double coolness. Every little bit helps!
Don't leave it out where people are going to walk on it, or they'll slip and bust their butt because the gel inside is really slippery!
I just overheat when sleeping, I tried this on a whim. It's wonderfully effective but I got too small a size. I'll definitely be buying the largest for sleeping and using the one I have now for work. I absolutely love it, it's made a huge difference in my sleep comfort.
I needed to cool my very hot chow chow this summer. He has been panting like he is dying to the point where my husband seriously thought we needed to take him to the vet to get tested. I decided to just implement some cooking measures first and I'm happy to say it has worked. This cooling mat and a dedicated fan have helped reduce his panting significantly. He likes to lay on it on top of our hardwood floors. It doesn't have much padding but chows usually prefer the cold floor to dog beds anyway. My other dog who refuses to have his butt ever touch hardwood floors also uses this to sit on and has deemed it worthy enough for his tush to touch. I would say it works for however much cooling it can do With the materials it uses.
I have two huskies, and it took less than one minute for them to both lay down on their own pad. Need I say more?
I previously purchased the non-fabric cooling mats, and I will never go back to those!
When I stored them for the winter they were permanently changed - the inside material shifted, some spots are lumpy and thick while others have nothing, completely flat. I only used them for one summer and now they are unusable in my opinion.
I am so happy I found this product, and wish I had found it first.
It's soft, always cool too the touch and more resilient. I am happy to fold and store this item without it being ruined. I love that it is washing machine safe (I always air dry it). It is thin so it's great for putting on a dog bed or on the couch, but my dogs still lay on it if it's on the tile floor.
I would highly recommend this product for your hot dogs!
