Recommended for Dogs and Cats 5 Weeks or Older.

1. Hold the bottle in a vertical upright position. Twist the top part of the bottle to open. Add 2 drops for the first day. After 3 days add drops accordingly.

2. Split your pet's hair between the shoulder blades, then apply the drops straight to the skin in an area that can't be licked. ***Only use 2 drops for animals less than 5 pounds.

3. If you're planning to bathe your pet, make sure your pet is dried thoroughly after washing and use drops of the agent afterward. Continue the treatment every 4-7 days after applying the drops.

Can this be used on cats too?
Yes, it can be used on cats 5 weeks old and older.

How long do I have to wait before my dog can get wet?
- Just long enough for this to soak into the skin for about an hour or so, it is completely safe so you can rub it into the area as well.

How long does an application last before it has to be reapplied?
It can be applied every 4 to 7 days depending on the severity of fleas/pests. (You could do it more often if there are a lot of pests. Just make sure to monitor your pet frequently.)

How many drops do I use?
- Please read the back of the packaging for your pet's weight & recommended dosage. Monitor your pet after application and adjust dosage as needed.

What are the ingredients?
🌿 All-Natural 6 Essential Oils: Eucalyptus, Citronella, Lavender, Cedar, Lemon Grass, and Chamomile. We formulated this to be effective but still non-overbearing to pets.

*Note: Check pet allergies before buying.

If unsure: Ask a vet or simply use half of the recommended dosage then monitor for 1-8 hours. 

Is this waterproof?
 Yes, it is. Just don't let your dog go in the water immediately after putting it on - wait a while and then it's good for 4-7 days.

Where do you ship? 

We ship worldwide but unfortunately, there are some countries which have legislative restrictions which do not allow us to ship there.

What if I want to return my order?

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. If your return is because your item was Damaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claim. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item. If you have issue retrieving the claims number then contact us here and we will help you out. If your return is because was the Wrong Order then please contact us and we will send out the correct order to your address. If your return is because you were Unsatisfied with the item then contact us and we will provide an exchange for another item of the same value. If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

It's been more than 60 days since I ordered, can I still return an unwanted item?  

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer any exchanges or store credit.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order? Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us Page) to start the return process. Please include the following information:

• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Do you accept refunds?

Yes! If you would like a full refund, please contact support@Winkflo.com and return the purchased item (unused/unopened. Once we have received the item, you will be refunded immediately. (No questions asked!)

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an Item has already been shipped out and you wish to refund due to any reason such as ordering the wrong size item or you simply do not want it anymore, you must return the item to us, then we will be able to refund you fully. We will provide the return address for you in the email. Warranties may only be refunded if the customer makes a mistake when ordering, and requests for a refund within the 72 hours after the purchase.

WORKS for my OUTDOOR cats in South America! ✅

I've been using this for 4 days already on my outdoor cats (I live in south america it's crazy bad down here). My tux cat had the most infestation. He was scratching a lot before but now I really don't see anything on him anymore! Plus he seems to actually be happier with the drops! My other cats had seizures and rashes from other products that i've given them.. Thank you WAGGIE!

I was very skeptical.

I have used major brands’ flea/tick controls for my dog for years. One day, I just thought how expensive they were. I saw Waggie brands online before, but I never paid attention to it because I thought they didn’t work. Well, I wanted to save money so I researched it and decided to give a try.

I am very impressed by the product. It works really well. My dog has no flea!! I usually spot few fleas on him especially in the summer, but I see none so far. That’s pretty amazing. And the price... I am so happy with it.
It is recommended to use it monthly, but I usually give my dog every 2-3 month. He is still flea free!

this brand works really well on my dog. it's the only brand i buy when i cant afford the stronger expensive stuff. i always buy more than 1 box though. my dog is 11 pounds but he's long and when i bought the ones that indicates his weight i had to use 2 out of the 3 because he was just so long.

We had a bad flea problem my ankles were covered in bites and after 3 months they are gone. Even with the neighbor dog they are around everyday my flea problem is gone. We get one or two every once in a while but no infestations.

I love this product it works great for my fur baby. He doesn’t have a single flea or tick and we walk him almost everyday. The smell is a little pungent but besides that great product. I found it cheaper online.

Very happy with this product.

Very happy with this product! Frontline seemed to irritate my dog - she would try to lick and scratch the area where I put the liquid, and it would make her mouth foam if she was able to reach it! I put this stuff on her and it didn't bother her at all. So far, so good as far as ticks and fleas are concerned. :)
